In the USAa custody case Judge has ordered that a child’s religious upbringing must not expose her to the idea that homosexuality is in any way wrong. Whilst the circumstances of this case are probably heartrending, it seems to me that a Judge cannot prohibit someone teaching their child views that they believe to be from the bible. That is not to say that hatred of homosexuals should be tolerated in any circumstances, however.
