I can't thank you guys, my ever patient readers enough for you help with my next sermon. The sex survey and your emails really helped! Speaking on sex is never easy. So I have one last request for anyone who reads this before about 11am GMT on Sunday morning- PLEASE PRAY FOR ME!

I should have asked sooner of course, but God knows I am aware of my need for his help this morning. It is so easy to get this kind of thing wrong. One way would be to portray yourself as either so far above this kind of battle as to be holier than tho, or to portray yourself as so mired in the filth of lust as to have nothing to offer. I thank God that neither extreme is true for me- I hope my sermon will hold the middle ground.

Another way to get it wrong is to either minimise sin or condemn people- I am praying for conviction to fall.
