Was Tamar right?

in OT History Books

Having expressed her willingness to marry her half brother, he raped her nonetheless. Then deciding he now hated her, he sent her away. At this point Tamar said “this wrong in sending me away is greater than the other that you did to me”

(2 Samuel 13)

Does God really hate the separation after a sexual act more than the act itself? Is it really analagous to divorce and God actually hates that more than the sex part?
