There are many points of transition in ones life when age begins to catch up with you. Somehow the fact that my oldest daughter only has two more weeks left in infants school is one of those moments when I feel I am loosing the race to remain young. I might as well accept it, my youth has fled away never to return. Still I am very content with it at the moment. Mind you I remember my wife saying whilst we were courting 'Adrian you will make a very content old man'. My recent trip to Warner Breaks did make me feel that I wasnt over the hill yet- surrounded as we were by people a lot older than ourselves.
