The kind folks at the ESV blog are wanting to give away a free bible to the first 100 bloggers who link to their new blog in their blogroll- act quickly if you want one! In the meantime, I thought it might be fun to play acronyms with the letters ESV (actually it was suggested by one of my readers)
You may remember some funny acronyms for other versions for example the “Nearnly Infallible Version” or the “New Insipid Version”.
So for the ESV the suggestions we have so far the ESV are as follows- any more for the ESV or other versions?
-Extremely Sound Version
-Extremely Small Version (in recognition of the microprint A6 one)
