Please pray for us!

Callmeteem said not to link to this post where he offers a prayer for Christian Bloggers, but I was so moved by it that I am going to ignore his request and link anyway. A couple of weeks back I had a great week and suddenly remembered a bunch of you had offered to pray for me. I could use more prayer again right about now! If you want to committ to regular prayer, do let me know it would be great to know a group of readers had me and my family in their prayers regularly. Here is the post-

"I want to offer this prayer of the apostle Paul [Col 1] for all the God-bloggers out there who have encouraged me, challenged me, sometimes irritated me, taught me and blessed me.

So for Karen and Marc and Violet--may God give you his strength to carry out your work in this life. May you have joy as you pursue Him. And may you specifically have joy and strength as you blog for Him and His glory.

There are many others--David Wayne, Tim Challies, Randy Brandt, Mark Byron, Rebecca, Bene, Joshua Claybourne, Adrian Warnock, RobbyMac and Messy Christian are only a few. I pray for grace as you blog for God. You have challenged many and affected many, may you have growing impact for the kingdom. May you go about the business of blogging with much wisdom and may their be good fruit. May you speak with grace and humility in the market place of ideas. May we all grow together in wisdom and understanding of God. May god grant each of you wise minds and spirits in touch with His will. May you have growing understand of His ways. May you have health and may your families be blessed.
May God be given glory through Your efforts.

I thank You Lord for the bloggers for You have touched me in many ways. I especially thank You for the ones who have challenged me in my understandings. Strengthen and encourage each one.
In the name of Jesus, amen."
