Blogger challenge- eating blood

No, I havent gone sadistic. I would like to issue a challenge to bloggers- read Acts 15:28-29 and explain using the passage context and the rest of the new testament to demonstrate whether you feel that all the “requirements” of the Jerusalem council applies to Christians today or not.
