Am sitting here having just finished work, admiring the view out of my window with my mate, Dave Ford. We both think the long commute is over-rated, especially in the heat wave we are experiencing in London right now! Of course, the weather people say it is all going to disappear tonight!! Or at least that was what someone told me!

Anyway, Dave gave up a job in the City to “downsize” and retrained. He now runs a small business as an electrician in Chingford. All we need now this summer’s evening is a couple of beers, or perhaps a Pims and lemonade.
