Just yesterday, John Piper posted a tweet about Terry Virgo’s sermon on prayer. This sermon had been available online for a couple of weeks and had been well received. But I don’t think I was ready for what would happen next. Over the next day around 1400 more people had watched the video. Imagine the impact of just some of them putting into practice what they learned and pursuing God more vigorously in prayer!

In that same day, a twitter search for Terry Virgo or the shortened URL Piper used revealed the list of tweets I share below some of which have great quotes from the sermon, and show that people really felt they had benefited from watching it. Personally, I am more and more convinced that somehow watching high definition videos of sermons is more impacting than listening to audio. If you haven’t seen it yet, go watch it right now! And if you like it, why not tweet about it too, and perhaps share your favorite quote.
