Website Tweaks

Teething problems with the wordpress install were I am sure inevitable given the size of my blog (over 3600 posts!). We had a minor issue today as the site required some significant surgery behind the scenes. It should be back working again. Sorry for any inconvenience. If it is still looking somewhat odd then you may need to refresh your browser cache (on Firefox on a mac for example you do this by hitting command-shift-R.
